What's people's thoughts on whether this is likely to be VRC, if it was it would indicate a lack of faith in getting their own plant up and running, which doesn't seem a likely scenario given the progress VRC are making in the bond raising?
What's people's thoughts, I would be guessing it's not VRC, perhaps some smaller operation in the Nachu region?
