    I cant see the payday loans scenario as there is no interest being charged to the customer. Apt is already moving on fees.

    Consumer credit reform will provide fintechs like afterpay with the data to make reasonable inquiries efficiently so medium term the reg capture under responsible lending wont add too much burden.
