Another perceived advantage is the absence of any cap on executive remuneration in Australia whereas such caps exist in Israel.^[8]

^{thank you neg gives me much mor confidence and understanding so in this instance I would assume "Another perceived advantage is the absence of any cap on executive remuneration in Australia whereas such caps exist in Israel" was a big driver of the decision considering the calibre of the board.}
