    It is quite interesting to read that non-holders don't want to sell STO to foreign owners quoting supply/national security. But at the same time quoting STO is a dog to buy in. The truth is non-holders missed the boat (at least by now). They don't believe in STO's turn around, solidly so the last few quarters.
