Coles is a very tough operator who methods have been compared to.union style demands for payments for shelf positions. Now I'd imagine Woolies probably do the same but they keen to win back market share from Coles and also because they not permitted to sell other pharmacy lines. Complicated issues involved I'd say and best management are not seen to complain via company announcements which your concerned about.
