100 000 divided by 4 and then multiply by 3 = 75000 @ 0.002
divide 75000 by 2 and you will have 37500 options @ 0.005
divide 75000 by 3 and you will have 25000 options @ 0.007
so 75000 extra shares and 2 sets of options
