We are currently in the best position we have even been in since IPO, with money in the bank and a significant agreement with MIN resources, who also happen to be our largest shareholder. Yet the price is almost at an all time low.

I can't blame people for selling, but unless you know something that no one else does, you will probably live to regret your decision as nothing with the technology has changed.

Any doubt I had with the resignations was alleviated by one of the posts on Friday (I forget who by) that showed the MIN advertisement for the Hazer development position outlining the prerequisite to have had experiencing in projects of over $100m, and that this position is still available. This was comforting.

Not having a managing director for the time being is a bit of a concern, mainly because I want to make sure we follow through with Primetals agreement.

But can you imagine if we manage to attract a serious managing director? This would be a great endorsement for the company, so hopefully they have someone decent lined up. Who wouldn't want to take on a role with grounbreaking technology company with agreements in place and in active negotiations with companies (e.g. primetals) with market caps over US$13billion?
