Further my thoughts on the exit of Geoff have changed a little in that whilst he has very serious personal issues that are genuine i think now that his and Terry's exit is more to do with MIN exercising some muscle as they dont believe the processes were being well run and if min are excellent at anything its processes!
I think min believe a different CEO skill set is required to take the company the next step
So i think we will see the Sydney operations being bought back to Kwinana and excessive overheads chopped - like i understand there are 15 people in Sydney!
So min has jumped into the drivers seat and they will drive hzr.
in my head i have min potentially being a 21C industrial River Rouge and hzr will be part of it
And i dont think any of Geoffs shares will hit the market anytime soon and it will not surprise me one little bit we will see a big bounce soon
