i have never seen a customer purchase even a loaf of bread and milk since going to Woolies Caltex, and i was standing in a queue on most occasions.
i couldn't blame them- they have a mark up of 100% on their supermarket prices.
ps-i must admit i did see some younger people once purchase energy drinks, Coca Cola and a Mars bar!
the genuine Caltex servos are now offering decent fresh food on the 'go', but the bottom line is not looking that flash.
all said and done- Aussies like me want basics and junk food at realistic prices.
