    @straws much more relevant and modern as to appraising tenements are getting independent Geo results, satellite imagery , drill hole data, municipal accessibility reports and due diligence experts.
    In any event the people behind the Corridor are local, expert and know how to identify a potential
    $1 billion plays.

    If you have never invested in MRQ previously it may be the right time.
