I am not sure about all the banks, but Westpac’s exposure is quite low.
All the banks are suffering from the impact of the ongoing Royal Commission (and rightly so), apart from the well known headwinds arising from an apparent turn in the housing cycle. WBC is more exposed to residential mortgages as a proportion of its loan book than the other banks, so the market may be factoring that in.
