    With all honesty.... all these assumptions are fantastic...however the fact of the matter is PSC is played daily by either some bitter broker/s or person/s.... as soon as it tries to run it is sold down... it is not like PSC doesn't want to run... it does and it should but you just get frustrated by the games played...
