BPG 0.00% 0.9¢ byte power group limited

    I believe the reasoning of Soarlabs was that BPG were selling Soar Coins at 'untenable rates', if BPG sold them too quickly then the Soar Coin value wouldn't increase.

    But all information suggests that there was nothing ibn the BPG <> Soarlabs contract that said BPG couldn't sell them at a specific rate, so BPG are, IMO, legally in the right, and would therefore likely to win at the Singapore High Courts.

    IMO, Soarlabs will have Egg on their face as I don't believe they have enough cash to pay out BPG, and the only way they would be able to raise enough cash would, ironically , be to dispose of their Soar Coins!!!

    End result being, IMO, the same outcome, Soarlabs /Soar Coins funding BPG exchange, just Soarlabs won't get any benefit given their own downfall in this saga.

    All My own opinion, DYOR etc.
