Absolutely. Despite everything being said about BPG here (not defending management), the main problem is SOARlabs throwing a tantrum and freezing SOARcoin because they felt like it. BPG moved on quickly and almost have the exchange running. It may have been a blessing in disguise- given what we now know about SOARlabs I wonder if they would have delivered.
