But getting the RE's out of the ground is less than half the battle, with vast majority of RE separation processing is also in China.. Even if a company produces RE's the majority will still need to sell into China for downstream processing.. there are a few exceptions.. but they are the exceptions, rather than the rule
But this is the same story for zirconium... yes there are zircon deposits (or zircon containing deposits more accurately) out there, but very few zirconium / zirconium chemical processors outside of China.
