It states as I have stated that further dilution will be required... that is if they are in a position to borrow the rest to fund
a third mine.
Expect 300 million new shares plus the
Warrants to dilute further the more than one billion shares on issue..... as a best case scenario.
The fact that they are yet to make money aside.....Take a look at RSG and what less than $1 billion market cap gets.
