Gold is hedged at $1280
and they sell gold at $30 discount to going rate.
So I expect this quarter could see $1285 average.
Not enough to improve things too much.
Edikan operating at a loss with 50k per quarter at $1300
If they could get 60k a quarter then that would change
How I view the future.
Foolishly I expected 60k oz last quarter
Very disappointing result
Given that grades were supposed to have improved 10%
and in the end guidance was missed.
I am not holding and I will wait to see the report.
As I have stated I expect $70 million USD debt
and under $40 million AUD cash.
