Good morning, dear Mr Sajdi, 3.00 am in Kingston now and it is still very dark, but cool. Soon sun will come up and all will be bright. We have just woken up very early today as we are going out on the boat early,before the sunrise at 6 am. It looks a nice day is brewing ahead.

And we have read your most interesting post over some hot cups of the Blue Mountain Coffee that drives away the sleep. No jamaicca Numba One yet, no Red stripes yet, too early for all those pleasures.

We are all aware that the Eden share price has been going down the slippery dip. You are very right and an excellent chartist to boot, to notice that fact and bring it to everybody's attention. Yes, the share price has fallen from 12 months ago, and it has fallen from 6 months ago and those charts are not wrong in showing us what has happened. Very dismal indeed.

However, please read the heading of this thread. It implies nothing about charting Eden nor does the family think that the price of Eden 12 months ago is material to what happens next. The share price decline is all history, and while being material in a historical sense, is not material now.

Now, the only question is “What next for Eden?’

What is the issue now is “Where Is The Share Price Heading.”

Unfortunately, this cannot be answered or predicted by graphs at the moment. It can only be answered by the four scenarios we have outlined above. It is all to do with the fundamental issue of markets and whether there are sales or no sales.

However, we take n board the valid points that you have made , and will adjust our scenarios accordingly. So here goes. Please feel free to respond constructively (in a negative or positive way), but please bear in mind that we are but very uneducated Jamaicans who know little of matters financial but who are open to all suggestions.

Scenario 1.

Nothing happens, no announcements, time passes, the Eden share price languishes around current prices, down one day, up the next, then down again. The share price slowly sinks.
Everyone gets very upset and trolls and short sellers come in and the share price sinks further. That is what is happening now.

Scenario 2.

Eden announces a modest sale, and the Eden share price rises by two cents or thereabouts as confidence returns on expectations of further modest sales.

This is better than nothing, and hopefully heralds the start of an upward cycle.

Scenerio 3.

Eden makes a significant sale announcement and the Eden share price suddenly rises above 10 cents and then trends upwards, as the market digests this news, with expectations that Eden will report more sales of similar magnitude.

This is what all shareholders are hoping will happen soon.

Scenerio 4.

Eden announces that it is in the process of pushing into the Sydney infrastructure market, while maintaining its US thrust.

As you have put it, the potential for EDE to get sales everywhere is present, but it would appear that, up to now, while the Eden team has been brilliant masters in the laboratory in producing Edencrete and Edenplast, they have been treated like babes in the woods full of American wolves when it came to marketing and sales in the USA. But family feels that Eden will eventually get to second base in the USA, and then to home.

The family feels that any news that Eden is entering the NSW and Australian market will completely turn this company around and its Board will become The Wolves of the ASX.
The family is of the opinion that any announcement about entry into Australia in general and NSW in particular will be a very safe bet to add on at least 6 cents or more immediately to the share price that Eden was just prior to the announcement, as it heralds a very big opportunistic move into one of the most lucrative and cashed up Infrastructure markets that exist in present times.

This is the news that the family would like to see and hear, and the family feels that this very efficient Eden Board will give due consideration and act on this newly recognized opportunity in a very timely and opportunistic manner that will surprise all of us.

That is it, all the family’s humble thoughts in a nutshell.

Family feel that in this day and age, it is absolutely essential to have calm, constructive and logical debate on this forum and we thank you, Mr Sdaji, for your thought provoking post. We trust that this amended post will meet your critical approval, especially Scenario 1.

Family, for its part, has great faith that Scenerio 4 will occur.
