We are being informed on a regular basis from CGGC the progress on the rail FS. The contract defines the date for completion as being the end of March. We have been informed previously that the FS was ahead of schedule and that it was expected to be translated and a draft delivered by the end of February. The translation of a very large technical document is clearly taking longer than CGGC had previously advised.

Your update on 15th Feb (Release Date: 15/02/18 16:50) stated that "CGGC advises that completion of Rail Feasibility is ahead of its
scheduled submission date of 31 March 2018 with delivery now expected by the end of February 2018."

Your MD presentation pack release on 5th March (Release Date: 05/03/18 08:24) states "Feasibility Study – Completion by CGGC by 31 March 2018".

Can you please confirm which of the above is correct and when does Aspire expect rail feasibility study to be competed by?
