It certainly is a mystery what is holding up the process. The lack of any updates from MXC is frustrating at least - and abit perplexing if MXC wants to be taken seriously.
I am confident that it will come to pass but we about six months past the date when the first contract was to be signed off and the deposit paid.
Maybe you are right 28four77 and a collective question is posed to MXC that they can't fob off shareholders in answering. I know there are privacy issues with contracts but the silence from MXC defies explanation.
