Kitty,penn did say tls is approx half way thru extra $3b capex by 1h 18.Completion by fy19.
In the 1h 18 report tls breaks down the $3b into 3 areas,its not just 5g.
What is not included is any ghz auction purchase.
ps i suggest a few of the posters read up on the coheres technology.

The expert being ex tls hugh bradlow.That article by itself would still leave some questions,but then add yr telstra coheres video,the telefonica trials and the telcos coheres is now working with ie telefonica,vodafone global,orange,duestche telekom and obviously tls.
Hugh Bradlow suggests new technology venders like coheres may have difficulty getting the technology approved as a std by the global stds board ,as board is made up of ericsson,qualcom,nokia and microsoft,but as coheres is now working with 5 serious global telcos all coheres would need is to get verizon,ntt on board and basically it would be the global mobile telco industry supporting coheres,so current venders would be under extreme pressure to approve coheres technology as a global std ie in reference to bradlows comments on coheres.imo.
