The deal with SK was touted like a knight in white shining armour rode to the rescue.
Here is the problem AUZ is a small cap stock with very little clout behind it.
SK is a massive company with plenty of resources.
SK is in this deal for their benefit and if push comes to shove AUZ have no chance against SK.If this deal is broken for any reason what will AUZ do about it?
SK have the finances to run any small company into the ground tied up in legal battles.
