Here is my two cents. market expecting binding partner to help fund the plant. Earlier presentations we ruled off just selling our goods, but rather find a partner that can fund us through to production (plant etc). So here is where market expectation was not met. Then the market opened for a few days and sp kept sliding so management wanted to do some damage control. What should have been a great ann causing sp to go up, it was the reverse. They release hastily the investor presentation trying to damage control the sp sliding, but in fact there were various typos and made it look like an 8 year old did it. Then they probably waited a week in suspension to time the correction of the slide with some good news hoping price would re-rate (thack ann). Did not work. Bottom line is i think auz sold themselves short on sconi agreement and now we need to either take a huge debt or dilute shareholder value to fund until production.
