Imo if you look at the report they had at least 15 days delay/downtime. Maybe they just wanted a better result to release but breakdowns delayed anns. To me it appears they have awesome grades and have pretty much ironed out most of the machine technicals. Fingers crossed a good run with the mills will exceed expectations
