What a little reg approval can do., page-2

That will probably depend on whether REGAL keeps dumping into the 6c limit it has set itself.

It picked up about 8% of the biz at 4.5c in the last cap raise, and true to form they are booking profits consistently by existing at 6c. As per the last significant shareholder notice they have a bit over 5% or around 50,000,000 shares to go.

Given the daily volume it looks like they are the main (only) seller for some time, effectively capping the share price regardless of the positive announcements of the business.

I wonder if there is any reason to expect this to change when/if FDA approval comes through. I certainly don't believe so, which may well mean that even with FDA there will be little to no bump at all. Just an opportunity for Regal to book their 33% profit and nothing for the rest of us.

The only way out of this is if management find an aligned investor to take out the Regal holding beforehand, although given how inept they were in getting us into the Regal shark tank in the first place, I don't hold out any hope of that happening.
