Isn't there an integrity issue with the Racing Victoria Integrity manager being interviewed by the Racing Victoria media hack? He's not likely to persist with a line of questioning that's terribly challenging is he? For example the Integrity Manager when asked if some horses might be racing with the residual "benefit" of having had a jigger used on them said there was no evidence of a jigger having been used. For what purpose does he believe the jiggers were possessed other than to be used on horses?...but the answer was just accepted with no further questions.
