I don't know how that could be done very efficiently, or accurately, although everyone is different I guess.
I personally watch about 15 stock chart pretty closely, and then about 30 Index, Commodity and Currency charts for an overall view of the markets worldwide.
Over each weekend I also go through a decent number of stock charts that I only watch on the weekly timeframe.
