    Short term 1-2 months - Not the Best Buy out there (but anything can happen)

    Mid term 2-6 months - Good buy

    Long 6-12 months - Great buy

    Extra long 1-2 years - One of the best buys out there

    High risk/High reward

    Anyone who sells now to take profits, I don’t blame you. I’m going long like real estate on this, but I like to live on the edge.
