I have a science/cell biology background so can understand the science better than the sharemarket!
according to the phase 1 study of metastatic breast cancer, the vaccine was given on days 1, 28 and 56 to ten patients. The only adverse effect was local erythema, (redness of the skin) at the injection site in 4 of the 10 patients.
In the gastric cancer trial they have used 18 patients, with 3 different doses, they don't say they have repeated the dose on day 0, 28 and 56 but that is a common vaccination profile for lots of B cell immune response vaccines like hepatitis and rabies and cervical cancer etc
