    Well I don't think it's a crime to change your mind even a couple of times. I think they are after systematic phoney bids, or should be!

    So I don't know what the limit is. I guess one way to find out is but putting a large bid each morning then cancelling before open, and see how long it takes for the authorities to notice!

    Hypothetical speaking that is, I don't recommend anyone actually try that!!
