If the initial rally wasn't so dwarft I would be more confident about this statment.

I think its probably worth the risk to hold it for a bit and see what unfolds. If its not back above 10c shortly and bouncing off it and moving higher, bail.

Do understand though, that I have only looked at this stock for about 5min. I have not tryed the identify any phasing of cycles, vectors or 3D movements, this would take a month or so to do. Please understand its only a general general assesment.
