    get board changes load with yes persons then will have pretty much full control do what he wants
    price tanks for whatever reason then mop up remaining if desired

    structered so it could be mkt to mkt so not affecting pmv books
    bide time renogiate rent contracts put in place 5yr turnaroubd review in light of headwinds

    dont see any need for him to rush in or any others at this time so pretty much see the sp flatlining unless reslts better than forecast or other information
    gltah.
