    Closing iconic Just Jeans store in Bourke Street Mall .... probably buy Myer and then open Just Jeans store in the front section of the Myer Bourke St Store .. LOL

    He could really clean up with Myer long term leases at (if you believe what he says) at two thirds cheaper rent than his stores are paying in the same complexes / areas ... slowly move all of his brands / stores into prominent existing Myer floor space in prime locations - just sayin'

    ...... anywhoo he has a plan and I am sure it will be made public soon enough !
