    This is what I was thinking. These guys have deserted the sinking ship. Must have sold at the recent uptick to 45 cents.

    Otherwise:
    Where is the substantial shareholder notices from Premier?
    Where are the insider buying- are they not allowed to buy because of the lock out period pre earnings?

    It just all looks terrible.
