Touch screen was invented almost 7 decades before the first iPhone. What happened to that technology after 2007 is history.
Although a brief history of touch screen does not mention the birth of iPhone, I am of the opinion that it played a very significant role in popularising the technology as we know it today.
The world of DST and robotics will be divided as before and after Hadrian X.
