She said, hey babe, take a walk on the wild side. Said, hey honey, take a walk on the wild side. And the coloured girls go, doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo. SPI futures traded in a 36 point range last night, high being 5817, low being 5781, with a close this morning of 5798, down 10 points on lowish volume of 11,994 contracts. Based on that move, my high resistance line for today is 5835, low support line is 5763, with the pivot point at 5799.  Intermediate R and S lines are on the chart. Only one gap from last night which is unusual, just before the close at 5795. Well, look at those outstanding gaps. Two big ones, one up at 5841, from yesterday morning and one down at 5739, from the previous morning, 102 points apart. I would be very surprised if they don't both fill soonish, but which one will fill first ? DOW down .90 pct, SNP down .55 pct, Canada down .03 pct (resource driven) and the VIX also down 1.12 pct to 20.24. SPI is indicating XJO to be down just .19 pct, so at the moment I am leaning towards the upper gap filling first as we all know the XJO has a way of surprising everybody, which would take my high R line to 41, but as usual, watch the opening gap for a better clue. Have a nice day, and remember, it's good to walk on the wild side every now and then. I'll have that song in my head all day now.... doo doo doo
