One will just have to determine if aiming for a RVP of max 8.5 how much liquid there is left.
Also if it is economical to invest in the equipment to separate the liquids from the gas and the compressors (with drivers) to re-inject the gas.
Just ask Eric, he knows the composition of the gas liquids and will be able to tell you if it is a goer, but don't hold your breath.
I even don't believe that they will allow tankers with a product with an RVP of 8.5 or higher to drive through town, while ambient temperatures often are >40C.
I don't know what the rules for road transport are in WA, but that is highly likely one of the limiting factors for transporting hydro-carbons.
