"Do you the voter require all changes to the Australian Constitution to enable the High Court of Australia Judges to be rotated through the Australian Parliamentary Speak Position of the House of Representatives on a per sitting basis. Further to make all changes to the Australian Constitution so such Speakers be non voting applying Parliamentary Standards able to delay a vote on proposed legislation until satisfied all question ask have been answered in full only. Overseeing all Australian Government anti corruption agencies, current and future? YES/NO."
