    As for "...looking at paying the next rent bill on his next ramp up, and the pallet is getting mighty low."...Anyone who has a 'palate' for a 'pallet' of UDL's and needs to sell VRC shares in orderord 'stock-up' is a worry in anyone's book imo, .....glad you not renting one of my places...
