This Co has got zilch yet sunshine...imo your statement is blue sky till it happens. This Co has dwiddled for far too long on this one and may pay the ultimate price if the political unrest escalates....l had a conversation with TM, back in the proposed 8-12 week period that Co announced in early December, and TM was very clear that this prospectus period began as of the day of that announcement...
My point?....the proposed raising funds should already be in the bank....months ago.
