Interestingly, BoD salary increases were very efficiently initiated and facilitated...there must have been a lot of big salaries and support staff available to get this prospectus prepared in the many months Co knew this was going to be submitted
We were even told as much...."...8 - 12 weeks..." fir this process announced in early December...then it was going to be "within the next week" announced in February...and then, it was finally actually submitted for approval a month later...l mean C'mon!....Co knew this was to happen but could not meet their own timeline...another example of disgracefully incompetent and misleading behaviour by management imo....and now this...
