I think the problem is that there aren't a lot of people with the expertise in the process to draft them in at any price.
RS has not got a great history of delivering on the promises he has made, but we may just be better off letting him sort out the problems. He is more familiar with the process and ORE's particular problems than anyone else. You would also have to hope that he would like to save himself any further embarrassment by getting it right from now on.

If nothing else, he should take responsibility for the vulnerabilities that the production process has had, and made this stock a shorters dream. It has certainly cost me a few bucks.

This lack of performance should be reflected in his total compensation. No big bucks for RS until this company becomes a stable money making machine......If it was stable already, we would all be rolling in it and RS can pay himself what he wants......
