I get the point pints. It doesn't matter whether they are on the left or right politics currently, they are all too gutless to rein in debt. Trump is trying to cut corporate taxes and at the same time trying to have a big infrastructure spend, he'll increase the US's debt by trillions. On the aussie front, Turnbull isn't exactly paying down debt either. The libs want to give big corporate boys a good tax cut and as well, are trying to boost the infrastructure spend. Well spent infrastructure funds should increase GDP, however given our political I doubt it. The housing debt binge in the two big states and overspend by state governments and federal will not end well, imo.
