    Im pretty sure that holdup/consolidation was purely related to profit churn from recently issued shares. The stock was always too cheap. Ive been watching closely in the background and you could see trading tightening up over the last few days. Sellers dried up completely and rightly so.

    82 million shares fully diluted but that’s obviously accounting for option exercise. Also as mentioned on the threads there are 22.5 million escrowed shares. Options being exercised will provide 11 million in cash and that’s also ages away but we have to account for this when running valuations.

    Fully diluted market cap is roughly 40 million. Minus cash and option cash the enterprise value is 26 million. This company is dirt cheap for the high grade vanadium resource they are sitting on and the market is only just waking up.

    After watching the action throughout the day I added to my initial parcel that I acquired yesterday. I personally think she has a fair way to run to catch peer valuations and to be fairly valued.
