    Sol is bound by Substantial Holder guidelines ... any movement of 1% or more either way (~8.2m shares) needs to have a notice submitted .... he has up to 2 days from when the change took place... my bet is he started buying big time on Thursday and Friday so he needs to submit notice by COB today

    .... they wouldn't give him a seat on the BoD, so he will buy his way in IMO ... LOL
