    "I think it has jumped on a Citi report, but the report only examines one dimension of the situation IMO, and that is the positive dimension."

    This will tip the playing field a long way in Bluescope's favour. Another positive for Bluescope will be the big drop in the iron ore and coking coal price which will result from China having to cut back on its steel production.
