I think it has jumped on a Citi report, but the report only examines one dimension of the situation IMO, and that is the positive dimension. There is no examination of the negative ramifications of potentially a lot of Japanese, South Korean, Canadian and Brazilian Steel looking at BSL's non US markets now.
I shorted the spike, but am not going to be complacent. I trade BSL in every direction when there is news.
