This whole lack of communication is frustrating but the minority SH aren't without some power. Take a look at the business section of a couple of papers and the increasing number of class actions against boards. The media love it and the lawyers don't mind it either. And the way I see it the FMS BOD have provided a couple of years of evidence by NOT adequately promoting the assets of the company which could be argued as holding the SP down (really??) and NOT communicating with the minority SH (excluding the hammering we got when they wanted our shares for 2 cents)!
