Georgia, I certainly do not know that they aren't doing anything illegal, but I would be very surprised if they were that stupid given the scrutiny they will potentially be under. I also don't disagree that we should not be happy with the way they have not promoted this Company or been proactive in regard to the relationship with BBIG.
I was purely suggesting there is no cause for a "call to arms" at present that I can see and as far as I am concerned we are still in the same boat as when we knocked the T/O on the head. My point was also this is exactly what most of us said would happen. It's not a matter of liking it, I just think it is the way we need to play the game and I for one will continue to take up entitlements if offered, but I appreciate your concerns and desire not to invest further - as I said everyone must make their own decision.

I am hoping we eventually get good news, but I also know we have a majority owner who gives every indication of playing a very hard game, so no one has the right answers at the moment.
Hopefully we hear something soon when we will know what steps may or may not be necessary.....................
