1. roughly $100m cash
2. roughly $400m worth of investment properties, generating about $30m revenue per year
3. Holdings in UOA REIT receiving about $6m distribution per year.
4. roughly two thirds of UOADEV, from which they will get their two thirds share of 30-50% of UOADEV NPAT.
